Vintage 90s women’s black ski pants possibly from Europe

Excellent condition vintage 90s women’s ski snow pants. No visible signs of wear. No stains or tears. Cuffs shown in photo as an example. No size shown but included flat measurement in photo. Would guess a women’s size 8. Tag in German — possibly purchased in Europe? I loved them but they were too small for me.
