Vintage | 90s wrap around | above the knee skirt | Breeches label

Vintage 90s (back when Breeches was a good, reputable label before merging ...) from the worn label: size 10 but fits more like an 8 or a 6 by today's standards). With the way they did the buttons on this style skirt (another one in my closet plain black 🖤) it's still meant to be a tailored look. It sits higher on than the skirts that came out in the 2000s. 100% polyester but the back label says "Dry Clean" only (typical 90s ...)
