Vintage 90s yellow floral midi button down cottagecore dress

Beautiful vintage 90s summer dress. Pale yellow with blue floral print that stands out. Short sleeve, midi length, full button down and waist cinching lace up drawstring in the back that is so pretty and flattering. Size 15 fits like an XL, no stretch but adjustable waist. Excellent condition.
