Vintage 90s/00s ‘Dress Barn’ floral maxi skirt

This vintage maxi is beyond adorable. The floral pattern is striking. I love the movement that this skirt has, it floats away from the body while walking creating the most flattering silhouette. Can be worn high-waisted or at the hips (depending on your height) I’m 5’5 (for reference) but wearing heeled boots. The waist does have some stretch but overall the fabric doesn’t have much give.
