Vintage 90s/Y2K Palm Leaf Patterned Top

In excellent vintage condition, no flaws! Super cute O-Ring detail, very Y2K vibes. Thrifted and no tag, so unsure of exact size. Fits like a women’s S but the fabric is quite stretchy so it could definitely also fit a size M. Brand tagged for exposure.
