Vintage 90’s little black mini dress lace hem

Super cute little 90s mini dress from Petra. Black sort of sparkly fabric with a lace hem with sparkly floral embroidery. There isn’t a fabric or size tag but feels like a polyester/spandex almost like swimsuit material and best fits a medium. Pair with chunky platform sandals for a total 90’s look. Super stretchy, see measurements in photos. Great condition.
