Vintage 90s short sleeve blazer from Jessica. Gorgeous periwinkle colour, light soft fabric, unlined, long to the hip, Side slits, detail on back. Definitely can’t be worn as a dress but would look sooo cute with bike shorts! Size 14, no stretch. See measurements for best fit! Excellent condition.
