Vintage 925 sterling silver exotic (Tibetan ?) earrings w turquoise and coral

Vintage exotic sterling silver earrings. With blue turquoise and red coral stones. I also have a matching necklace, which is listed separately. Stamped 925 and CF7 (a makers mark). 2 cm long. Not sure if the stones are natural or manmade. Please see closeup pictures for details.
