Vintage 925 sterling silver open heart necklace with blue opals

Vintage sterling silver heart shaped pendant. With a very nice flower in the center made of blue - green opal stones. Quite beautiful. In excellent condition. Stamped 925 on the back. The pendant is about 2 cm long. 19" vintage silver tone chain (not sterling) is included.
