Vintage 925 sterling silver open heart necklace with opal, box link chain

Vintage sterling silver open heart necklace. With softly glowing opal stones. In excellent condition. The box link chain is of high quality and is stamped 925 and Italy in several places. The heart shaped pendant is also stamped 925. It has quite beautiful milky opal stones. Not sure where they came from. They look natural. 18" chain, 0.75" pendant.
