Vintage 925 sterling silver stud earrings w hand painted flowers on milky glass

One of a kind rare vintage stud earrings. With hand painted delicate flowers on opaque milky glass. The posts and the backs are made of solid sterling silver, stamped S925. The frames holding each glass insert are gold color, possibly gold plated. But I don't know if they are also made of sterling silver.
