Pockets! Fully lined Darts front and back for a sleek fit Slight gathering with elastic on either side of the waistband Zipper and button closure in the back Measurements: Waist - 12.5 to 13 in Hips - 18 in Bottom of Skirt width - 16 in Waist to Hem - 23 in All measurements are taken flat.
