Short sleeve button front collared blouse features a batwing puff sleeve, studded accent and embroidered floral. Skirt has a drop waist, fully flared midi length skirt. Also has same floral and stud accent on hem. Matching belt is a wide elastic with front zip closure that can undo to extend the size slightly.
