Vintage Alain Manoukian skirt

Vintage cottagecore skirt made by designer Alain Manoukian. Navy with small flowers. Two buttons in the back. There is a slit/gap under the buttons as the pictures show. Super soft material made of 50% cotton and 50% modal. Waist measures approximately 14 inches and it’s 34 inches long. Size 40 European but go by measurements as that’s the most accurate way to be sure of fit.
