Vintage Algo dress

This vintage navy and white polka dot dress is labeled as a size 18 but fits smaller (14-16 or an xl) Has buttons all the way down and a broach embellishment. The buttons have a pearl like appearance to them. This dress would look great with a high waisted belt. :)
