Vintage Algo-Ettes royal blue mid length pleated dress polyester

I believe this dress is from the early 80’s based on the cut and style. It fits me very well. I am 5’7 and it hits below the knee. My bust is 36 Waist 30 Hips 32 There is a small flaw, as pictured, it doesn’t affect the integrity of the dress. On the tag it states that it’s a size 13. I would say that converts to a modern day 8-10. Any questions please comment below.
