Vintage Amber Depression Glass Fostoria “Fairfax” Tea Cup & Saucer Set | circa 1

A lovely vintage depression era glass tea cup and saucer set by Fostoria Glass Company. This set is in their “Fairfax” pattern, in a light honey amber colour. This pattern features optic panelling l, which extends from the Center of each piece flaring out the entire span of dishes and finishing at the outer edge. They each have 12 definitive sides that have rounded corner. The handle also is rounded and they sit on a round foot. Both pieces glow a bright orange under 365nm and a bit less bright under 395nm as cadmium does like 365 to show off its full glowing beauty. This pattern was produced between 1927 - 1944. Condition: one is in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or repairs, and one has a chip to the teacups foot. Glows under 365nm blacklight.
