Vintage American Apparel pink pvc skirt

New, unworn, tag still present (xs). Looks new except for some VERY fine micro-scratches from storage. There are also some faint bubbles, about 2~3mm each at max. (See photo) These are all very hard to see, and had to be placed against bright white fabric to show by photo. Some other particles also visible from photos are not flaws, they're not sticky or anything, just static-clingy (normal for PVC) but can easily be lifted off or wiped down with mild soapy cloth. No other flaws, deep wrinkles or breaking or any yellowing on the material. Hidden zipper at waist with snap closure, high rise. Water resistant.
