Set in a very pretty deep frame that makes everything look bigger: pointed claws around faux diamonds, deep and layered frames under the oval amethyst and the heart base. New vintage c. 1980s-1990s. Probably made in China. I’m not sure if it’s natural or synthetic amethyst. Gold plated chain and pendant. Hallmark: SN inside a diamond with overlapping corners. No tarnishing or darkness.
