Vintage Amita Damascene Cufflinks

Vintage Cuff Links are from Tokyo Japan Gold tone and Black with the "Amita" Hallmark on the reverse. The tab on the cufflinks is a bit sticky and hard to turn, I'm not sure if this can be fixed There is also a slight bit of wear to the printed section on one of the links (See photos) See photos for measurements I don't know much else about these other than it was purchased by my grandparents and found prior to their estate sale.
