Vintage Andover togs casual pants. Like a jogger style. Elastic cuffs and waistband - pull on. Elastic is in great condition still. Made in USA. Have a really cool vibrant typical 90's pattern that is a tropical floral theme. Even some fish on them!! Bright blues, yellows, pinks and greens with some purple as well. Could be worn unisex - boy or girl!
