Outside button details. Black lining on the inside is shown in the last picture. Approx. Measurements laid flat: Waist: 14" Length: 24" In good pre-owned condition. Forth picture shows a missing button on the side (second from top). The pattern makes it really hard to notice. Shell: 100% Polyester Lining: 100% Polyester Dry Clean.
