Vintage Animated Wind Sock Halloween Ghost Lights Sound Flaws

This item is pre-owned and in used condition. There are some flaws on the material. The material wind sock is frayed in spots and has some stains and wear from use. It has been tested and works. There is some tape on the back of the battery compartment. Please see all photos for exact item.  The whole wind sock is approximately 24" long, and the ghost face itself is about 8" tall.
