Vintage Anthropologie dress

Never worn. Brand new. This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It is a size 12, but it would fit closer to a size 10 and maybe even a large eight. I have been holding onto this dress for about 20 years, hoping that I would fit into it one day, but that hasn’t happened and this dress deserves to be loved and shown off. The silky bottom part is beautiful and the blue color is so vibrant. Open to offers
