Vintage Antique Baby’s First Diary from Regal Stationary Co , baby record book

This must be the most adorable baby birth book that I have ever come across. There full color illustrations on every page are so charming! This book covers pretty much everything from birth up until baby's first day of school. Excellent condition , no writing in the book . Box has mild wear This a hard cover book has a spiral bound edge and comes with it's original box. There are 24 pages to complete at the front of the book and then 24 blank pages to add photos at the back of the book. There is also an envelope on the back page where you can add a lock of baby's hair or, some other memento.
