Vintage Antique Edwardian White Embroidered Lace Blouse XS S

An absolutely gorgeous, genuine Edwardian blouse. It's such a beautiful piece, delicate, but certainly wearable. It would also make a great study or display piece. The lacework is incredible! It has a very pretty collar, buttons down the front, and cinches at the waist. The sleeves are stunning, with long cuffs that taper to a point. It is 100+ years old, and if you plan to wear it (and I hope you will!) please be gentle with it! It's not fragile, but the fabric is very thin. Perfect for living out your Anne of Green Gables dreams! Antique, good condition overall, but there are a number of tiny holes. There's a smattering of small holes and a tiny brown spot on the left front of the blouse near the waist. Another tiny hole on the right-hand front of the blouse near the waist. Near the right sleeve seam at the chest, there is a small weak spot in the fabric. On the left sleeve there is a small spatter of pin prick rust spots. At the centre back of the neck is some hand-stitching where a repair was made. It sounds like a lot, but the blouse does present beautifully. Please see the photos! Shoulders seam to seam are 14.75 inches across Chest is 18.5 inches across Waist is 12.75 inches across Sleeves are 30 inches from the centre of the neck to the farthest point at the wrist.
