Vintage Aquascutum 100% Wool High-Waisted A-Line Skirt with Pleat-UK Size 10

In my estimation, this is a very dark navy when light is directly shone on it. Despite its vintage, outer skirt is in like new condition. Lining has some runs (see 4th to last picture). Size zipper + button closure. Pleat on front and back. UK size 10 usually equates a 27"/28". I am a Size 28/7 and it fits me fine. Might fit size 27 the best but please see measurements below. TRANSPARENCY: This skirt was returned due to a waist size dispute. Because of this, I pinned the tape measure all around to the best of my ability (rather than just across) and got 69cm (2nd and 3rd to last pictures). I even did this from inside the skirt and still got 69cm (last picture). Note that the UK size and American size were listed in the original ad as above and that the skirt fit me as someone who wears 28 (see second picture. I am 5'5" and wear 28/6.).
