Vintage Aran handmade sweater cable knit

Vintage handmade aran style sweater. Beautiful combination of cable, irish moss, and zig zag pattern. This feels like wool, but there is no tag to indicate size or fabric. I am going to refer to this as medium, but please go by measurements virus size. Freshly handwashed and hung to dry.
