This Arnart ceramic trinket dish was made in Japan. It features a lady sitting with her dress spread out in front of her. Most notably, at some point, her neck had broken and was reattached. It is possible to hide it by attaching a small ribbon or decal that matches her attire. Also, some of her lipstick her worn a bit.
