Vintage Art Deco leather attache case, mens bag

An attractive vintage Art Deco era leather attache case. It has a wider shape with some Gladstone elements to it, more chunky than the slim attache cases of the era. Made in, England c1930s, it is made from rich tan leather with a leather covered handle and brass front lock clasp. It has two separate compartments within and is marked on the front in gilt lettering R. E. F for Department E though I'm not sure where that may be. Condition: Good used condition overall, some surface wear and scuffs, wear to the corners of the base, one worn through, wear to the handle. handle have surface leather tear see pic for reference.
