🇨🇦 Vintage Artisan Pansy Brooch

Good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. In 1995, prior to transferring to a new branch of a bank, I received this brooch as a parting gift from a customer at the branch I was leaving. It appears that it was hand painted. I really don't know if the pearl and blue stones are genuine. I do know for sure though that it was already vintage when I received it. The customer advised me that she had it in her jewellery box for almost 22 years and couldn't recall where she got from.
