Vintage Atomic Mary Proctor Silex Starflite Mid Century Modern Toaster Working

Throwback vintage from the 1950's era. Dazzling diner era MCM Mary Proctor Silex Starflite toaster in good shape for its age. In working condition, but due to it's age, has not actually toasted bread. Toaster is overall probably better off as decor, then used as an appliance. It is silver and has cream colored handles, with starburst patterns on the front and back. Toaster shows signs of age and wear including fading graphics, and other paint chips. Chrome finish has areas of discoloration, but otherwise in very good shape and exceptionally shiny. Has some marks from the heat the power cord produced from years of service. An opportunity to own a piece of Atomic Age history, and give any room a retro kick! *Please Note* This unit may be electrically unsafe for home use. Although working, due to it's age, it is NOT recommended to leave this toaster plugged in for any extended period of time.
