Unsigned, but dripping with quality; the closest design I can find for this piece is by Delizza & Elster (D&E) Jewelry. One of the little "floating" stones in the centre looks a touch bent out of shape and the larger stones with wear and some scratching. The backing is open, allowing for light to pass through the stones, giving them a stunning purple hue. Size: 3 x 2-5/8 inches (5 x 4 cm)
