Vintage Austria Signed Rhinestone Brooch Costume Jewelry

This is the most crisp, nearly brand new looking vintage Austrian costume jewelry piece I have ever had! The stones are all perfectly brilliant, the gold over brass is bright and shiny and it is in pretty immaculate condition! Estimated to date from the late 1940’s to 1950’s. Signed as shown in the photos. 1 &7/8” by 1 &1/2” Gorgeous deep, vibrant red and sparkling clear stones.
