Authentic vintage 1930s/1940s elegant black patent handbag Sleek and shiny with gold-toned hardware and decorative scrolls at the clasp. Relatively spacious and clean interior with a small pouch and zippered compartment. Plenty of room for a smartphone, a small wallet, and essentials. In excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear which is incredible considering the age. There are some minor light scuffs and scratches on the patent exterior, a bit of oxidization at the clasp area and some wear where the handle attaches that would benefit from some reinforcement. I would say not too bad for an 80+ year old gal! A fabulous addition to any vintage lovers wardrobe.
