Vintage Authentic Phillipe Charriol Monogram Signet Ring 1990s Luxury

1990s Luxury - Aristocratic Phillipe Charriol Monogram Signet Ring. This ring was purchased in the 1990s from a fine jeweller in Toronto's Yorkville District, still in its original presentation box. Based in Geneva, the Phillipe Charriol line of fine jewelry and watches was founded in the 1980s employing their signature steel cable in their designs, patented world-wide, and complemented by precious metals. The band is steel and the centrepiece and finials are gold over sterling silver. The ring is approx size 5.5 however because the ring is flexible and expandable it fits up to approx size 6.5. Note that there is some wear to gold edges - pls see photos. Monsieur Charriol was an adventurer and a connoisseur of the good life. He raced sports cars and died on the track in 2019 in his 70s - doing what he loved best. This ring, with his monogram, is an iconic designer piece.
