Vintage BB Dakota Nautical vibes striped navy and white knit dress

Cute little navy blue dress with white stripes, in good vintage condition. Fairly short skirt, about mid-thigh on me @5’6. Marked S but quite stretchy, would likely fit an M. Made of a heavy knit, it can work on its own or with a shirt underneath it, 90s / Y2K styled. Belts for display only, not included.
