Vintage BCBGMaxAzria grecian smocked brown mini dress flared fitted flowy US2

Lovely grecian style pattern on top that is fitted then flares out into a flowy mini. Looks great, only issue is part of the tubing is detached inside on the front, see pic. It lookss like part of the design but pls take a look. This dress is so pretty
