Vintage BHS brand floral short sleeve mini dress

This is an adorable little tea dress perfect for someone around 5 feet to 5’5’’. I am an 32-24-32 and it fits me in the bust perfect. 16 inches armpit to armpit. 14 inches across at smallest part. Length shoulder to hem about 31 inches in the front and 33 inches in the back. The waist is slightly higher than natural waist so it could accommodate a larger waist with the free flowing circle skirt. I am tempted to keep it because it’s so cute but if I am honest with myself I do not reach for it!
