Vintage Balinese Mask, Two Sided Faces, Happy Sad, Comedy Tragedy, Hand Carved

This traditional hand-carved Hibiscus wood mask has a double face that is either happy or sad depending on how it is oriented. The Indonesian take on a comedy and tragedy mask. Each face shares a set of eyes in the center and this mask has 2 noses and 2 mouths. It is a striking souvenir from a trip to Bali. The wood is very light with a unique wood grain. Sanded to a very silky smooth finish. No varnish, but it feels like a light wax coating to seal the wood. Interesting addition to a gallery wall. Hang with the attached rubberized cord. Measurements: 9" long x 6" wide x 3" deep Condition: Very good with no flaws or damage.
