Vintage Ballencia necklace

It's a beautiful, solid necklace. I assume the pearls were coated with gold filament but a few of the pearls peeled. I showed the worst of the affected pearls, but they are hardly noticeable. Each rectable is embellished with a diamond (don't ask if they are real, did not have them verified).
