Vintage Balloon Party Dress

🖤 vintage balloon dress! 🖤 sequins, beading, oh my! 🖤 this dress is really fun! Dress it up for an event or dress down with combat boots and a denim jacket and go get your groceries in it (... that was an oddly specific example...) 🖤 the straps feel quite short but they could be altered, they have been taken up 🖤random stitch line in one strap, but otherwise in great condition though it is a vintage piece so there may be some small flaws 🖤 tagged size 8 but vintage, measurements included!
