Vintage Baltic Amber Necklace Butterscotch + Egg Yolk

This is an outstanding old natural Baltic Amber bead necklace with polished irregular shaped pieces that show a great depth of colour and warmth. Mostly butterscotch, but some beads have marbling of egg yolk. There is one bead missing, based on the empty space of the knotted string. One bead has a chip shown circled in 2 photos. This is a graduated necklace: the bigger are a touch over an inch, and the smaller about 1/2”. This weighs 89.2 grams. No clasp: slips on over head and wears about 30”. Restring or just wear it as it sits! The stringing is old but very secure feeling and is thicker than usual.
