This vintage Baribocraft salad bowl also includes a large wooden spoon and fork for tossing and serving. It has such pretty grain and warmth to the wood. The shape of the bowl is slightly oblong/asymmetrical - really striking piece! I am unsure of the type of wood used, but I suspect it is Maple. The stain is natural with a warm tint. There is no varnish or lacquer coating. They are easy to care for- simply wipe with vegetable oil every so often. Made in Canada, circa 1970's. Stamped Baribo-maid on bottom.
Measurements: Bowl measures 3 1/4" tall x 10 3/4" diameter. Utensils measure 10" long.
Condition: Some minor wear to the finish consistent with age. Small scuff on one edge and a bit of roughness from the varnish on the exterior edge, wear on the bottom - see photos. Otherwise very good vintage condition.
