WITH POCKETS!!!! and they're nice and deep. it's in gorgeous condition and deserves a home for the fall season to be worn and loved. there are elastic panels at the hips, but they don't have a ton of stretch. Some but not a ton. measures 11.5 inches at the waist total length is 30 inches

kuhlua01 @tae_comyn no - that's the total length. measured flat the waist is 11.5 inches not stretched. so @ tiny 23 inch total waist with an inch or two of stretch thanks to the elastic
