Vintage Belinda Cut Out Dress

This newly minted vintage dress by Belinda is made of a polyester/spandex blend (95/5) and reminds me a lot of those early 2000s popcorn shirts. This dress is sleeveless and has a little hip cut out on either side, a low round neckline, and two small loops near the collarbone where you can clip your built-in necklace (or swap it for one you like better). The fabric has a nice stretch and contours to the wearer, ending above the knee. This piece is marked as a size small and fits and measures true to size.
