This is a genuine vintage Belstaff Trialmaster XL500, produced in England in the early to mid-1980s — part of Belstaff’s iconic line of motorcycling and adventure jackets, a true Belstaff piece from the brand’s heritage era.
🔹 Features:
• Authentic Belstaff “Trialmaster XL500” label with embroidered red rider graphic — Made in England
• Signature black and gold Belstaff phoenix patch on the sleeve
• Four-pocket front with reinforced flaps and brass-finished snaps
• High storm collar with adjustable throat latch and buckle
• Belted waist for a tailored, moto-inspired fit
• Quilted red lining for comfort and warmth
• Heavy-duty hardware and stitching, true to Belstaff’s period construction
📅 Estimated production:
Circa 1980–1985, when Belstaff still manufactured in Longton, England. This XL500 model represents one of the brand’s transitional designs — balancing functional motorcycle gear with stylish urban wear.
⚙️ Condition:
Vintage and well preserved with light, natural patina consistent with age. All hardware and stitching are intact and functional. Clean, ready to wear or display.
Note on Condition:
There is a very small flaw — a slight rip on the lower right front side, less than ¼ inch in length (clearly shown in the photos). It’s minor and doesn’t affect the structure or wearability of the jacket. The rest of the garment is in excellent vintage condition for its age
Own a piece of British motorcycling history — equal parts style, heritage, and adventure.
