Vintage Belted Blouse Dress

This dress is handmade, as I can find no evidence of tags, or where tags were cut off. The pattern is a beautiful dark teal with colourful feathery leaves and paisley-like designs. Most likely polyester. The chest plate was adjusted, as the photos show some hand stitching. A one of a kind dress, for sure!
