Vintage Betsey Johnson Long Black Dress

This vintage 90’s dress by Betsey Johnson features a bodice made of stretch fabric with a scoop neckline, cap sleeves and a pointed end into the skirt at the waist. The skirt is made of flowy fabric for a lot of movement with an opaque layer underneath for coverage.
