Vintage Betsey Johnson Ruffle Jacket

This vintage Betsey Johnson features the fabric and design along the collar with ruffle with and roses around it as the black Betsey Johnson dress in my shop and a ruffle along the bottom. Please note that the topmost button on the front is missing as shown in the pictures and while the jacket is labeled a size S, it does run a bit small but, the fabric is does have some stretch to it. *I am open to all reasonable offers, the lowest I will go is $110, and please feel free to ask me any questions you have*
